Rat Rush is an offline game made for personal entertainment. These terms describe your permission to use it, how local progress works, and how to contact JPK. They do not take away any rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Rat Rush Android game and its informational website, provided by the independent publisher JPK (“we,” “us”). By using the game or website, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement is permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use them. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement in your location, a parent or guardian should review these terms and permit your use.
2. Permission to play
JPK grants you a limited, non-exclusive permission to install and use an authorized copy of Rat Rush on a compatible device for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms. You do not acquire ownership of the game or its assets.
Game code, names, artwork, audio, and website materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses, and these terms do not reduce rights those licenses grant you.
3. Acceptable use
Use the game and website lawfully. Do not impersonate JPK, distribute malicious or misleading copies of the app, infringe others' rights, or attack the website or its hosting services. Do not sell or redistribute the game or its assets without permission, except where applicable law or a relevant license allows it. You may share your own gameplay screenshots and videos, including reviews, without implying that JPK endorses you.
4. Gameplay and progress
Rat Rush offers offline arcade and puzzle modes. Scores, stars, waves, and other game records are for entertainment. They have no monetary value and do not create a right to tokens, prizes, payments, or other rewards. The current game does not require a wallet connection and has no in-app purchases or advertising.
Progress and preferences are stored on your device. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the app, losing the device, or changing devices may remove your progress. JPK does not provide a cloud-save or account-recovery service. Android backup and transfer features depend on your device and provider.
5. Compatibility, updates, and availability
The game is designed for compatible Android devices, with Solana Seeker as a target device. Performance and compatibility can vary by device and operating-system version. Keep your device software reasonably up to date.
Updates may fix issues or change content, balance, features, or compatibility. We do not promise a particular update schedule or indefinite availability. Any changes remain subject to applicable law and your statutory rights. References to Solana Seeker do not imply sponsorship, approval, or affiliation with Solana Mobile.
6. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains local game storage, website hosting, and support correspondence. External websites, device services, and app distribution platforms are provided by their respective operators and may have separate terms and privacy policies.
7. Warranty and responsibility
We aim to provide an enjoyable, reliable game, but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. To the extent permitted by law, the game and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties beyond those required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, JPK is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game or website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer guarantees or liability for fraud. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Ending use
You may stop using the game at any time and uninstall it. Permission to use the game may end if you materially breach these terms, subject to any notice or remedy rights required by law. Terms that by their nature continue, including ownership and applicable responsibility limits, remain relevant after use ends.
9. Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the game or applicable requirements change. The latest version and effective date will appear on this page. Material changes will receive any additional notice or agreement required by law. If you have a concern, please contact us so we can try to resolve it; this does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or contacting a competent authority.
