Privacy policy

1. Who we are and what this covers

JPK (“we,” “us”) is the independent developer and publisher of Rat Rush. This policy covers the Rat Rush Android app, the JPK website at jpkkh24.github.io, and messages sent to our support address. Contact us at jpk.kh.24@gmail.com.

2. Information in the game

The current app does not require an account, sign-in, or wallet connection. It does not include advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, or a developer-operated gameplay server. JPK does not receive your scores, play history, device identifiers, location, or wallet information from the game.

The app saves the following locally so you can keep playing where you left off:

• Best scores, survival records, completed waves, and duel records.
• Puzzle level unlocks and earned stars.
• Your sound preference.

These records are not linked to a JPK account. The app does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, or location. Its game sounds are included with the app.

3. Device storage, backup, and deletion

Local records stay in the app's storage until they are changed or removed. You can delete them by clearing Rat Rush's app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app. Doing so can erase your progress and settings.

Android or your device provider may back up or transfer app data depending on your settings. JPK does not operate that backup service or receive a copy. Manage any device backups through your device or backup-provider settings. We cannot recover progress from a JPK cloud account because the game has no such service.

4. This website

This informational website has no account system, contact form, advertising, analytics scripts, or cookies set by JPK. Its images and fonts are hosted with the site rather than loaded from third-party font or tracking services.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure its services. That processing is covered by GitHub's Privacy Statement. External sites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.

5. Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, investigate problems, and handle your request. Our email provider processes the correspondence to deliver and store it.

Please share only what is needed to explain the issue. Do not send passwords, wallet recovery phrases, or other sensitive information. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, resolve related issues, or meet legal obligations, then delete it when it is no longer needed.

6. Sharing and security

JPK does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Support information may be processed by the email services used to handle your request, or disclosed when required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive; no method of electronic storage or communication is completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You control the game's local data through your device settings. For personal information you have sent to JPK, you can ask to access, correct, or delete it by emailing jpk.kh.24@gmail.com. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, or complain to your local data-protection authority. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify that the information belongs to you.

8. Children

The app does not collect personal information from players, including children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate. A parent or guardian should handle support requests for a child.

9. Changes to this policy

If the app or our information practices change, we will update this page and its date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a new use of personal information.
